Applications that are not completely filled out will not be accepted

A $300 deposit will be due per location. The entire amount is refundable based on damages, equipment/supplies being returned, etc.

Booth fees are NON REFUNDABLE

Lease agreements not paid in full by June 13, 2025 will be charged a $100 late fee

COMMERICAL
VENDORS
Booth space is available but will fill up FAST. To be considered for a commercial vendor booth, you must submit an application. Completed Vendor Agreement must be submitted by JULY 1, 2025

$50 discount if reserved by April 1st

100% of rent due to hold spot with a signed lease agreement

All commercial vendor booth fees must be paid in full by JULY 1, 2025

All commercial vendors must be set up by 9:00 PM Tuesday, August 5th

Each commercial vendor agreement receives 32 general admission tickets per contract NO EXCEPTIONS

LOCAL
ENTERTAINMENT
Local Entertainment applications are currently being accepted for the 2025 Weber County Fair! We have bands, solo artists, dance troops – you name it! To be considered, you must submit an application. Download the 2025 Local Entertainment PDF file below. Please complete and return this application NO LATER than March 28, 2025 – make sure all blanks are filled in completely!
ITEMS OF NOTE

Applications will be reviewed in April. If you are chosen to perform, you will be contacted by Gabby through email.

For those of you who will be paid, checks will be available in the Premium Bank during the Fair.

All performances will be held on the Recreation Hall Stage (25’ X 30’).

Performances will be held from 12 pm to 10 pm Wed. and Thurs. & 11 am – 11 pm Fri. and Sat.
-
ONLY performers will be provided entrance ticket.
-
Basic sound equipment will be provided by the Fair.
