Booth space is available, but will fill up fast. To be considered for a commercial vendor booth, you must submit an application. Download the 2024 Commercial Vendor PDF file, complete and return this application by July 1, 2024.

Items of note:
- 100% of rent due to hold spot with a signed lease agreement
- All commercial vendor booth fees must be paid in full by July 1, 2024
- Booth fees are NON REFUNDABLE!
- All commercial vendors must be set up by 10:00 PM on Tuesday, August 6th.
- Each commercial vendor agreement receives 32 admission tickets per contract, no exceptions
- Parking Passes will not be available this year. Free parking is available in the west dirt lot.
- INDOOR AND OUTDOOR BOOTHS WILL BE AVAILABLE IN 2024
Food Vendors
To be considered for a food booth, you must submit an application. Download the 2025 Food Vendor PDF file, complete and return this application by April 25, 2025.

Items of note:
- Applications that are not completely filled out will not be accepted.
- A $300 deposit will be due per location. The entire amount is refundable based on damages, equipment/supplies being returned, etc.
- Booth fees are NON REFUNDABLE!
- Lease agreements not paid in full by June 13, 2025 will be charged a $100 late fee.
